In today’s retail landscape hiring the right team to manage your online presence is more important now than it ever was before. When you’re looking to hire your digital team, hiring the right people for the job is paramount. It’s important to remember the role they will be undertaking and the digital and technical demands that come along with it. Know the job you’re hiring for

This question will identify what techniques the candidate employs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.

As with all interviews, asking the right questions is key, however making sure you understand the answers to these questions is equally important. This is especially true when considering the fast-paced, constantly evolving digital space. When going through the interview process, ask detailed questions and test their knowledge, this will ensure the candidate has the right skill set to achieve your goals. Taking the time and really understanding what you would like to achieve and finding out what the candidate is capable of achieving will pay off well into the future.
