So, without further ado, welcome to Recruit Career Consult!
We’re still RCC, with the same acronym and same expert recruitment services you trust, just with a new name.
Retail Career Consulting began six years ago with strong foundations of a 15-year long international career in retail operations, as well as 15 years of retail recruitment experience under our belt.
Since our inception, RCC has continued to evolve as a company, and its growth has taken us beyond anything we could have imagined.
So, why the name change? Well, in simple terms, we have outgrown our original name and we are ready for the next phase of RCC.
We have learnt that the in-store customer experience is not only vital to retailers but also the key to success in many other service industries. As a result, we have developed skills that are not only retail-focused but transferrable and adaptable to the beauty, hospitality and hotel industries. With 15 years of professional experience in recruitment across Australia and the Asia Pacific, our long term connections have also expanded into these other industries. Hence, the organic evolution of RCC to its new name.
While our name is different, a lot of things are staying the same. At the centre of RCC, there will always be a passion for delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates. We will always pride ourselves on finding the right candidate for the right job.
