A skilled retail professional with proven experience in multi-site management and team leadership, Jess has worked for a number of leading Australian womenswear brands
including Review Australia and Rodeo Show. Prior to this she worked in the bridal industry where she developed a strong foundation in customer service. Leading a team of 50, Jess has demonstrated her ability to set and achieve goals, drive sales and maximise commercial opportunities to ensure maximum profitability.

For Jess people always come first and she works hard to build long term relationships. It is with this passion for people, combined with a first-hand understanding of the retail
industry, that Jess joins Recruit Career Consult. Jess brings a range of skills to recruitment including a strong service approach, an ability to assess client and candidate needs, sound judgement and analytical skills as well as an empathetic and caring mind-set.

Jess’ tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Design, Specialising in Fashion from the Whitehouse Institute of Design as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Fashion Design from
Central Saint Martins, London.
