The Role

We have a NEW store opening in Miranda & we are searching for an enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead, inspire & motivate an experienced team within this location. The successful candidate will be customer-focused with excellent selling skills, be a team player, and have a genuine interest in food and cooking.  

Key responsibilities include: 
  • Leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service; managing the store team to ensure consistent developing of outstanding customer relationships
  • A strong focus on continuous development and improvement of self and the store team and the effective delivery of all store leadership and people management responsibilities
  • Ensuring the successful running of the store and taking ultimate responsibility for ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently and achieves set targets
  • Proactive in building CRM database

Skills Required
  • A minimum 2 years Management experience in premium or luxury retail with proven tenure 
  • A passion for cooking
  • An inclusive & confident people leader, who mentors, coaches & succession plans the team 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive, energetic, with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Sound business acumen 
  • Passionate, focused, committed
