Senior Regional Manager, Central Coast

The Role:

Reporting to the COO, this wonderful opportunity as Regional Business Manager will support a number of independent locations from the Central Coast up to Grafton, close to the QLD border, driving the overall performance and team, whilst identifying areas of opportunity and developing strategies in order to exceed business targets.

Main responsibilities include; 

• Achieving sales business targets/KPI's and wage targets
• Identifying opportunities and developing strategies for achieving sales and wage targets
• Ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Developing a culture of excellence in customer service
• Ensuring company standards and team presentation standards are met
• Ongoing performance management of direct and in direct team members
• Implementing operational excellence
• Loss prevention and workplace health and safety

Key Attributes:

• 5+ years minimum experience within a franchise operated business in a multi site management position
• Leadership & mentoring skills
• Sales and results driven
• Strong relationship building skills
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Able to engage and motivate teams to achieve results
