Our Client

Our Client is a family owned hospitality retailer, with a strong franchised & company owned national presence, & global locations exceeding 200 stores. This business is on a growth trajectory across Australia (and the world!) with a very popular offering. 

The Role

Due to ongoing expansion, the Senior Marketing Executive role has been created to manage a team of 3 within the marketing function & is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the business. Reporting to the GM Operations, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading a small team of marketing professionals, as well as demonstrating excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Marketing Strategies to create awareness of the businesses products.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Have a deep understanding of social platforms including TikTok, META, Insta and YouTube and the associated success metrics.
  • Conceptualize, oversee and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
  • Creating and maintaining analytics reports across platforms to extract insights for future campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing executives, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with franchising, operations, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate and leverage centre marketing relationships to maximise our centre exposure.
Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree or Masters in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in an executive level looking to step up to a manager level.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
  • Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Willingness to do occasional interstate travel.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • MUST HAVE full Australian work rights
