The Role:

An incredible opportunity has become available for an experienced, career driven, & people focused, Regional Manager in Auckland, NZ. Reporting to the Country Manager (based in Australia), the successful candidate MUST BRING proven experience managing multiple sites in a customer focused, retail environment. We are seeking a strong candidate who is able to work autonomously.

Key responsibilities include: 
  • Visiting stores regularly in your region to review sales, KPIs, store standards and identifying opportunities, ensuring productive feedback is provided.
  • Conduct weekly 1 on 1’s with all Store Managers, utilising digital for virtual store visits/floor walks for stores that aren’t visited in person. Give feedback, set team priorities, and create a positive atmosphere. 
  • Ensure efficient operation of your stores to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI’s, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control and shrinkage
  • Oversee accurate implementation of national promotions, always maintaining high VM to brand guidelines.
  • Build relationships across regions to share best practice in execution.
  • Lead and inspire a team of Store Managers and retail teams , that deliver outstanding results.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
  • Take ownership of the performance, development and training of your team.
