Key responsibilities include:
- Visiting stores regularly in your region to review sales, KPIs, store standards and identifying opportunities, ensuring productive feedback is provided.
- Conduct weekly 1 on 1’s with all Store Managers, utilising digital for virtual store visits/floor walks for stores that aren’t visited in person. Give feedback, set team priorities, and create a positive atmosphere.
- Ensure efficient operation of your stores to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI’s, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control and shrinkage
- Oversee accurate implementation of national promotions, always maintaining high VM to brand guidelines.
- Build relationships across regions to share best practice in execution.
- Lead and inspire a team of Store Managers and retail teams , that deliver outstanding results.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
- Take ownership of the performance, development and training of your team.
