Such is the case with The Natural Fit Footwear owner, Daniel Simone.
Daniel’s journey with the Recruit Career Consult founder, Amelia Hennessy, started 12 years ago. Daniel started as a candidate seeking placement by Amelia and is now a business owner seeking out the services of Recruit Career Consult to staff his flourishing footwear business.
The Beginning
Daniel began his journey with the Recruit Career Consult founder, Amelia Hennessy in 2006. Having just begun her career as a Recruitment Consultant, Amelia placed Daniel as an Area Manager with Travelex. During his time with Travelex, Daniel grew from managing 12 locations across metro NSW, to becoming one of the Directors of Travelex, managing 370 stores across 9 countries.
After his placement and throughout his tenure, Daniel continued to work with Amelia to fill various management positions within Travelex. Daniel was impressed with Amelia’s dedication, saying that “Even when there were no positions on offer, she still kept in touch and connected offering insight into any “good” people that she came across.”
From Candidate to Business Owner
After working with Travelex for 11 years, Daniel decided to follow his passion and open a retail store of his own.
