The Role

As a Regional Manager leading a group of stores across Brisbane, you will drive, develop and inspire your team to achieve overall success, whist managing all operational aspects of the business. Travel will be required between stores, so a valid drivers licence & car are important to have when applying for this role. As a sales driven leader, you will responsible for achievement of sales growth within your region whilst thriving in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Responsibilities;

• Daily store visits 
• Drive, mentor and succession plan your team
• Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
• Action plans, strategies, reporting through communication with Store Managers
• Recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members
• Loss prevention management 
• Ensuring all Visual Merchandising creative visions are applied
• Reduce costs by effective rostering and minimising expenses

You Are:

• An experienced and well- rounded retailer with a minimum of 2-4 years’ management experience in a retail multi site environment / or a larger store format that can transfer into Area Management.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment
• Natural leader, motivator and overall inspiring individual
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations
• Adaptable and supportive
• Sales Driven with excellent time management ability
• Positive can do attitude
• An Australian or NZ citizen, or have FULL working rights in Australia
