A qualified HR professional working within recruitment with 3+ years of frontline experience in various industries. Felicia obtains a strong skill set in recruitment including establishing relationships, understanding candidate and client needs, the ability to deliver exceptional service in a timely manner, a great deal of compassion when communicating as well as strong judgement and analytical skills.
Felicia believes in doing it right the first time and works hard to make this her reality. With recruitment experience in a high volume labour hire environment and also working in niche sectors, Felicia’s main focus is building the right relationships in order to service her clients, achieve her set goals and place her candidates in long-lasting careers.
Felicia’s qualifications include a Diploma of Human Resources and Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety from Blacktown TAFE.
