A rare opportunity to own and build the entire visual merchandising function for a rapidly scaling beauty retailer redefining the in-store experience.
This is a high-impact, standalone role where you will create structure in a complex, fast-moving environment. You’ll lead the development of category plans, planograms and VM guidelines that directly influence sales, customer journey and store performance across a growing network.

Success in this role will come from your ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking, partner cross-functionally, and confidently operate in ambiguity. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, Retail and Buying teams to test, learn and evolve VM strategies that drive real results.

We are seeking a hands-on VM expert — someone who thrives in pace, enjoys problem-solving and is passionate about building something from the ground up.

What You’ll Own:

• End-to-end VM strategy, building tools, frameworks and guidelines from scratch
• Development and optimisation of category plans and planograms to drive sales
• VM execution across all stores, including new openings and refurbishments
• Cross-functional collaboration with Retail, Buying and Marketing teams
• Continuous improvement of in-store experience, space productivity and performance

About You:

• Proven experience in Visual Merchandising within beauty or complex retail environments
• Strong capability using VM tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Deep understanding of category planning, planograms and commercial VM strategy
• Confident, resilient and comfortable working in ambiguity and change
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering results in-store
