What You’ll Own:

• End-to-end leadership of a flagship luxury boutique
• Commercial performance, sales growth and profitability
• Leadership, coaching and succession planning for a team of 20+ luxury professionals
• A world-class clienteling culture, building long-term VIP relationships
• Exceptional operational standards, inventory integrity and boutique presentation
• Creating memorable client experiences that set the benchmark for luxury retail

About You:

• Proven Store Manager from an internationally recognised luxury fashion, accessories, jewellery or watch brand
• Experience leading teams of 20+ employees within a luxury boutique
• Exceptional people leader with a strong track record of developing high-performing teams
• Commercially driven with a history of delivering outstanding results
• Highly skilled in clienteling and building long-term relationships with VIP clientele
• Australian luxury retail experience is essential
• We also welcome applications from Australians currently working overseas in luxury retail who are looking to return home
