Your Impact
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:
- Lead confidently through a period of change and reduced foot traffic
- Use quieter trading periods to focus on people development and standards
- Build a disciplined, engaged and customer-ready team
- Position the store for strong performance as the centre revitalises
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Maintain team engagement, structure and accountability during change
- Coach, develop and upskill team members using available downtime
- Set clear expectations and keep focus despite external challenges
- Build leadership capability and identify future talent
Operational Excellence
- Ensure strong compliance across WHS, policies and retail award requirements
- Maintain high standards of presentation, merchandising and stock control
- Execute promotions and operational routines consistently
- Manage rosters and wage budgets effectively in a quieter trading period
Customer Experience
- Deliver a warm, professional and consistent customer experience
- Lead by example on the shop floor
- Handle customer feedback and concerns with confidence and care

- Proven Store Manager experience in structured retail environments
- Comfortable leading through quieter periods or store transitions
- Strong people leader who values discipline, development and consistency
- Resilient, adaptable and motivated by long-term career progression
