We’re seeking an experienced Senior Store Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume outlet store in Sydney Outlet Village.

This role suits a commercially driven retail leader who thrives in busy environments such as DFO, big-box fashion, department stores or national retail chains. You’ll be accountable for sales growth, team engagement, operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:

• Drive store performance, profitability and KPI results
• Build, inspire and develop a high-performing retail team
• Deliver a customer experience that keeps shoppers coming back
• Lead from the front on the shop floor in a high-traffic outlet environment

Key Responsibilities Sales & Commercial Performance

• Deliver strong sales growth through daily performance management
• Execute visual merchandising, promotions and in-store initiatives
• Analyse KPIs, customer insights and trading patterns to maximise results

People Leadership

• Recruit, coach and develop a large retail team
• Build bench strength and identify future leaders
• Conduct performance reviews, regular check-ins and constructive feedback
• Foster a positive, inclusive and accountable team culture

Customer Experience

• Lead by example with hands-on, service-driven leadership
• Embed a consistent service model across the store
• Resolve customer concerns professionally to protect brand reputation

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily store operations, stock control, cash handling and rosters
• Ensure compliance with WHS, loss prevention and retail award requirements
• Maintain high standards of presentation, safety and housekeeping

• Proven Store Manager experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail
• Background in outlet, big-box or department store environments
• Strong leadership presence with a coaching mindset
