The Role:

Reporting to the CEO, this newly created opportunity as Senior Regional Manager will support up to 14 Boutiques across Sydney, driving the overall performance and team, whilst identifying areas of opportunity and developing strategies in order to exceed business targets. Your premium, high-end luxury background will stand you in good stead with the product offering & superior customer service that these locations offer. 

Main responsibilities include; 

• Achieving sales business targets/KPI's and wage targets
• Identifying opportunities and developing strategies for achieving sales and wage targets
• Ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Developing a culture of excellence in customer service
• Ensuring company standards and team presentation standards are met
• Ongoing performance management of direct and in direct team members
• Implementing operational excellence
• Loss prevention and workplace health and safety

Key Attributes:

• 7+ years experience within a luxury or premium Boutique environment. Either at Senior Store Director level or multi-site management. 
• Leadership & mentoring skills
• Sales and results driven
• Strong relationship building skills
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Able to engage and motivate teams to achieve results
• Implement positive company culture
• Full AUS work rights are a MUST HAVE please.
