We are seeking a highly organised Operations Executive who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and takes pride in precision, structure and operational excellence.
What You’ll Own:
- Inventory control across all stock movements, stocktakes, transfers and reconciliations
- End-to-end back-of-house operations including receiving, data accuracy and reporting
- After-sales service coordination including repairs, tracking and communication
- E-commerce fulfilment, packaging standards and stock allocation
- Operational support across administration, systems, suppliers and boutique needs
About You:
- Experience in stock control, administration or BOH operations within retail or luxury
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confident managing systems, reporting and inventory processes
- A team player who supports sales outcomes through operational excellence
- Calm, structured and proactive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
