We are seeking a highly organised Operations Executive who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and takes pride in precision, structure and operational excellence.

What You’ll Own:

• Inventory control across all stock movements, stocktakes, transfers and reconciliations
• End-to-end back-of-house operations including receiving, data accuracy and reporting
• After-sales service coordination including repairs, tracking and communication
• E-commerce fulfilment, packaging standards and stock allocation
• Operational support across administration, systems, suppliers and boutique needs

About You:

• Experience in stock control, administration or BOH operations within retail or luxury
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Confident managing systems, reporting and inventory processes
• A team player who supports sales outcomes through operational excellence
• Calm, structured and proactive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
