What You’ll Do
- Identify and recruit new franchise partners across Australia
- Drive franchise growth strategies and execute expansion plans
- Manage the end-to-end resale process including marketing and onboarding
- Work with Marketing and Operations to maximise lead generation and performance
- Represent the brand at expos and industry events to attract top franchise talent
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in franchise or multi-site business development
- Proven success in driving sales growth and achieving ambitious targets
- Strong relationship builder with negotiation and influencing skills
- Understanding of franchise compliance and the Franchising Code of Conduct
- Self-starter attitude with energy, resilience, and commercial smarts
