Leading a multi-million dollar portfolio across a number of high-performing stores, through Area Managers, you’ll partner with an established executive team to elevate capability, drive commercial performance and influence the long-term retail strategy.

What You’ll Own
- Lead a multi-million dollar portfolio across a number of stores and four direct reports, delivering exceptional commercial performance.
- Build and develop high-performing retail leaders while creating a culture of accountability, engagement and excellence.
- Partner with the executive team to shape strategy, future-proof the retail operation and support the next phase of national growth.
About You
- A proven State, Head of Retail or National Retail leader with a track record of leading multi-million-dollar retail portfolios.
- Experience within large-format fashion, footwear, sports or accessories retailers where pace, volume and commercial intensity are second nature.
- Highly commercial, strategically minded and recognised for developing exceptional leaders and high-performing cultures.
- Comfortable influencing at executive level while remaining connected to stores, people and trading performance.
