We’re looking for an experienced Category Manager to take ownership of a key portfolio of brands across Australia and New Zealand. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll be responsible for shaping category strategy, launching new brands and products, and delivering strong commercial outcomes across omni-channel platforms.

About the Role

As the Category Manager, you’ll act as the custodian for your category — championing growth, identifying opportunities, and delivering against KPIs. You’ll work with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Store Experience to bring to life exciting brand activations, planograms and product strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving category performance through detailed analysis of margin, productivity, and brand mix
• Leading trading term negotiations and annual brand planning
• Managing new product launches, including digital execution and cross-functional rollout
• Collaborating on floorplans, planograms, and in-store animations
• Monitoring stockholding and managing discontinued SKUs with Supply Chain
• Rationalising and expanding brand portfolios based on performance and market trends
• Coordinating all activity around new brand launches and store renovations

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Category, Brand, or Account Management (multi-branded beauty/FMCG preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Strong analytical and commercial skills – Excel and PowerPoint whiz
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities
• A deep interest in beauty trends and innovation
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic retail environment
