The Opportunity As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the performance and day-to-day operation of the store.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who genuinely wants to be on the shop floor – observing trade, coaching their team, driving sales and service, and responding quickly to commercial opportunities.

Stock management and replenishment are critical to the success of this store. You will need to understand the pace and discipline required within a high-volume, high-density trading environment, ensuring product availability is maximised and the store is consistently ready to trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 30 staff
• Drive sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and overall store performance
• Manage wage productivity and deliver against financial budgets
• Build a high-performance culture with clear expectations and accountability
• Recruit, develop and retain strong retail talent
• Maintain a strong leadership presence on the shop floor
• Coach the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Drive outstanding stock, replenishment and operational disciplines
• Identify commercial opportunities and respond quickly to trading patterns
• Manage performance confidently and constructively
• Maintain high standards across visual presentation and back-of-house operations
• Drive operational compliance, stock integrity, profit protection and WHS

About You

We are looking for an established Store Manager from a comparable high-volume, large-format retail environment.

Experience within businesses such as H&M, Zara, MECCA, Cotton On Mega or a major department store environment would be highly relevant.

You will be accustomed to managing significant turnover, a sizeable team and a fast-paced operation, with strong capability across sales, customer experience, stock, replenishment and people leadership.

This opportunity is not suited to supermarket management backgrounds – relevant experience within fashion, beauty, department store, sports or high-volume specialty retail is essential.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience leading a medium-to-large retail team
• Proven success within a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
• Strong commercial capability across sales, KPIs and budgets
• Excellent stock, replenishment and operational disciplines
• Confidence leading a diverse team and customer base
• An understanding of the Western Sydney retail customer
• A leadership style that balances rapport with accountability
• The ability to establish clear boundaries while remaining approachable and fair
• Resilience, maturity and confidence when navigating challenging situations
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability
• A genuine desire to be on the floor driving sales, service and team performance

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from the back office.
Visibility, pace, consistency and leadership presence on the floor are critical to success.
