Leading approximately 10 stores, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of the region through strong leadership, commercial focus and a commitment to developing future talent.
This role offers the autonomy, influence and earning potential that ambitious Area Managers seek, combined with a leadership structure that allows you to focus on what matters most — your people, your stores and your results.
What You’ll Own
- Driving sales, profitability and performance across a multi-site portfolio
- Developing Store Managers into confident, high-performing leaders
- Building a culture of accountability, engagement and success
- Embedding training initiatives that lift capability and results
- Identifying opportunities for growth and executing with pace
About You
- Experienced Area Manager, Cluster Manager or Multi-Site Retail Leader
- Passionate about coaching, developing and inspiring teams
- Commercially astute with a proven record of delivering results
- Energised by sales, performance and achieving ambitious goals
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
