The Opportunity

We’re looking for a presentable, outgoing and energetic Store Manager to lead a new-format store located in Westfield Carindale.

This is a brand-experience-driven role, ideal for a polished retail leader who loves creating memorable customer moments, developing people and bringing visual and service standards to life. The store operates at a lower volume than outlet locations, with a strong focus on quality of experience, leadership presence and team engagement.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:

• Be the face of the store, setting the tone for service, energy and presentation
• Lead a motivated team in a customer-first, brand-led environment
• Drive consistent performance through coaching, standards and engagement
• Ensure the new store format delivers a seamless and elevated customer journey

Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Brand Leadership

• Lead from the floor, delivering warm, confident and engaging service
• Embed the service model into daily behaviours and team culture
• Build strong customer relationships that reflect the local Carindale demographic
• Handle customer feedback and concerns with professionalism and care

People Leadership

• Recruit, develop and retain a high-energy, customer-focused team
• Coach team members to grow confidence, capability and product knowledge
• Create an inclusive, positive environment where people feel valued and supported
• Identify future leaders and support ongoing development

Commercial & Operational Excellence

• Deliver sales results through people, standards and effective floor leadership
• Execute visual merchandising and in-store presentations to brand expectation
• Manage rosters, wages, stock and daily operations efficiently
• Maintain strong compliance across WHS, policies and retail award requirements

About You

• Proven Store Manager experience in brand-led specialty retail
• Background from retailers such as Seed, Just Group, Cotton On or similar
• Highly presentable with a natural, confident leadership style
• Outgoing, energetic and passionate about customer experience
• Strong people leader who thrives in a smaller team environment
