The successful candidates will play a key role in maximizing sales opportunities while delivering exceptional service to customers.
In this role, the Senior Sales Associates and Sales Associates will be responsible for welcoming clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored advice, and managing the sales process from start to finish. A key part of the position involves establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring they have a unique and memorable shopping experience.
While prior experience in jewellery is not required, applicants with experience in luxury fashion brands, such as Zimmermann or Scanlan & Theodore for example, are highly encouraged to apply. The brand values customer service expertise and a proven track record in retail sales.
